1. How long will shipping take once I’ve purchased an item?

   It depends on the item. All premade items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. On the other hand, all preorder items will take 3-4 weeks to be delivered once the items have been taken off the website. Typically we leave the site open for 1-2 weeks. To understand whether an item is premade or preorder, check the item description.

2. Are the pieces unisex?

   Yes, all of our pieces are unisex unless otherwise stated in the item description.

3. Do you have size guides? Where can I find them?

   Yes, all of our pieces have size guides, which can be found on product pages at the end of each photo slideshow.

4. Do you ship internationally (eg: outside of the US)?

   Yes, we offer an international shipping option at checkout.

5. Can I return my order if it is the wrong size, etc?

   No, we do not accept returns.

6. My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

7. How should I wash garments featuring rhinestones, metal hardware, or delicate fabrics?

   The best way to wash these types of items is on a cold, gentle wash with the garment inside-out. Avoid using any pre-wash products on the garment.
