1. How long will shipping take once I’ve purchased an item?

   It depends on the item. All premade items will be shipped in 2-3 business days for those living in the USA. On the other hand, all preorder items will take 4-5 weeks to be delivered once the items have been taken off the website. Typically we leave the site open for 1-2 weeks. To understand whether an item is premade or preorder, check the product description.

2. Can I return my order if it is the wrong size, etc?

   No, we do not accept returns.

3. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

4. How should I wash garments featuring rhinestones, metal hardware, or delicate fabrics?

   The best way to wash these types of items is on a cold, gentle wash with the garment inside-out. Avoid using any pre-wash products on the garment.
